Our Delivery Promise
Our delivery standards are set high and we work hard to deliver the Tasty Gifts promise of providing high quality edible gifts such as chocolate flower bouquets, gift baskets, edible hampers, and more. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as pleasant and straightforward as possible, and to that end, you will find a number of delivery options when you reach the ‘Checkout’ page.


Who is responsible for my delivery?
For deliveries within 25kms of the City, our in-house Tasty Gifts driver personally hands the recipient the chocolate bouquet, the edible gift basket or any other product ordered from Tasty Gifts. For all other deliveries, we have a Fastway courier for that.


What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver to the Perth Metropolitan areas and surrounding areas; from Two Rocks down to Mandurah and across to Armadale and the Darling Range suburbs such as Roleystone. We are also planning to expand our delivery to the whole of Western Australia in the future, so stay tuned for that!


What time is cut off for same day delivery?
The cut off for our same day delivery is at 10am WST. But we take online orders anytime. 


Delivery times
Up to 5pm for business addresses, and up to 7pm to residential addresses. If you have a specific request for a delivery time please call us prior to placing your order or mention it in the comment section of your order at checkout. We will try our best to accommodate you as we want your delivery to reach you in good order just as much as you do!


What if the recipient is not at home?
We will ask you for authority to leave the bouquet on the order form at our online checkout. If you tick this box, and the recipient is not there, it will be left in a safe place. If you have not given us permission to leave it, and the recipient is not there, then it will be brought back to our office. If we are required to re-deliver, there may be a double re-delivery fee charged which will be for the cost of bringing the bouquet back to our office and the cost of having it sent out again.


What if it is too hot to leave if no one is home?
We may contact you in this case to find out if you have an alternate address or if we can rearrange a delivery.


What is the bouquet delivered in?
If it is delivered by our driver, then it is delivered as is from his hands straight to the recipient. If it is with Fastway, then it is sent in a protective box.


What if I need an express delivery?
Please contact us to find out what arrangements can be made.


Delivery to an apartment?
Apartments are always tricky as access is limited. If you have an alternative business address that would be ideal. However, if we have to deliver to an apartment and the recipient is not there, our couriers will not be able to leave the gift. In that case, the bouquet will be delivered back to our office and a re-delivery fee will apply to get the bouquet delivered again.


Delivery to hospitals
Please provide details on room number and ward if possible - and if the person has checked out early please let us now asap.


What if I have a bulk order?
Then you may be lucky enough to have a free delivery depending on the volume ordered! Please contact us to find out more.


What if my order does not get delivered on time?
In the unfortunate event that this does happen, we will offer you a full refund and your recipient will still receive the bouquet.
