Do you deliver on weekends?

Not usually, but contact us to find out what other arrangements can be made.

What is the cut off order time for same day delivery? 10 am WST

 

What type of chocolate do you use?

Fererro Rocher, Baci, Favourites, Cadbury, Nestle, Lindt, Chocolate Gems (Stars and Hearts) are part of our normal range. Give us a call if you want something different and we will try to meet your needs.

 

What are the payment methods?

We accept payment via PayPal and Credit Card

 

When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered up to 5pm for business addresses, and up to 7pm for residential addresses. If you have a specific request for a delivery time please call us prior to placing your order or mention it in the comment section of your order at checkout. We will try our best to accommodate you as we want your delivery to reach you in good order.

 

What happens if the bouquet melts or is damaged during transit?

Please let us know within 1 day of receiving the bouquet. We will need a photo as proof and we will gladly arrange a full refund or re-delivery.

 

What if the recipient is not at home?

We will ask you for authority to leave the bouquet on the order form at our online checkout. If you tick this box, and the recipient is not there, it will be left in a safe place. If you have not given us permission to leave it, and the recipient is not there, then it will be brought back to our office. If we are required to re-deliver, there may be a double re-delivery fee charged which will be for the cost of bringing the bouquet back to our office and the cost of having it sent out again.

 

How will it be packaged?

If it is delivered by our driver, then it is delivered as is from his hands straight to the recipient. If it is with Fastway, then it is sent in a protective box.

 

Can I change my mind?

Yes, providing it has not already been despatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Can I customise?

Yes. A number of customisation options are available. Please contact us to discuss.

 

Should I store the bouquet in a ‘fridge?

No, refrigeration is not a good option for chocolate. It needs to be stored in a cool room away from direct sunlight.
