RETURNS AND REFUNDS
TastyGifts.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Due to the nature of the goods sold, we do not accept returns. Should you wish to request a refund for damaged goods, please notify us within 1 day of receipt of goods with appropriate evidence of damage. We cannot provide you with a return or refund if you change your mind once goods have been despatched. We will not return or refund goods the receiver has damaged, nor items that have been lost/damaged/stolen because no one was able to accept delivery.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will work with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of TastyGifts.com.au.
